1. Educational disclaimer
StudySprint AI is a study-planning and productivity tool. It does not guarantee a specific rank, score, or admission. Outcomes depend on your effort, discipline, and exam conditions.
2. AI disclaimer
AI-generated study plans, recommendations, explanations, and predictions are produced by third-party large language models. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always cross-check important academic content with your textbooks, teachers, and official exam syllabi.
3. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate signup information.
- Keep your password secure and do not share your account.
- Use the platform only for lawful, personal study purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
4. Subscription terms
StudySprint AI offers a free plan plus optional paid plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly). Payments are not yet enabled — pricing, billing cycles, refunds, and cancellation will be detailed before any paid tier launches. Until then, all premium features are provided on a trial basis at our discretion.
5. Intellectual property
The StudySprint AI brand, UI, code, content, and AI prompts are owned by us. You retain ownership of the personal study data you enter. By using AI features you grant us a non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely to deliver the requested response.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudySprint AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from any AI-generated content.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or harm other users. You can delete your account anytime (see Privacy Policy).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
